Product Characteristics and Application Scope

Porous ceramic balls, also known as filter ceramic balls, are new products developed on the basis of inert alumina ceramic balls. They have the same stacking void ratio of inert ceramic balls, play the role of covering supporting catalyst and separating vapor and liquid. At the same time, they also increase 20-30% structural voids with adsorption performance, so that they can filter magazines of oil products to achieve the purpose of protecting catalyst and prolonging the start-up period of the device. According to the types and contents of impurities and particle sizes of the materials treated in the drying and adsorption of hydrogenation and hydrogen production, users choose porous ceramic balls with different pore sizes and pore numbers, and can also attach active components such as molybdenum, nickel and chin to prevent carbon deposition, coking and poisoning of the catalysts. The impurity removal rate is more than 75%.

Varieties and specifications:

The chemical composition of porous ceramic balls ranges from 25% to 80%. Every 5% is a grade. They are divided into 12 varieties. They are also divided into 12 specifications according to their diameters. They are 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 4, 20, 25, 30, 38, 50 and 75. Other shapes and specifications can be produced according to user design requirements.

Packaging and precautions:

XID Porous Capital Balls are packed in plastic woven bags, lined with plastic bags, with a net content of 25 kg per bag. They are lightly loaded and unloaded during transportation to prevent product damage. Storage should be careful to prevent dampness.
